| Poltava Trade Financial Company is a group of professional companies, was established in 2002 in Poltava, Ukraine. The basic business activities of the Company are development and investment, building, commissioning and exploitation of commercial and residential real property.

1. OOO Poltava Trade Financial Company (PTFC) (Rus. obshchestvo s ogranichennoi otvetstvennostyu; acronym: OOO; LLC)

Completed project: Shopping Mall Konkord (new six-level fashion centre with its total area of 10,000 m2).
The Shopping Mall Konkord ranked third in the rating of the best shopping malls of 2008 according to the results of the CP AWARDS 2008 First National Real Estate Award of Ukraine.
2. OOO Piramida
Year of foundation: 1994
Type of activity: retail, engineering
Completed project: chain stores of household appliances and electronics; engineering centre of ventilation and conditioning systems; office equipment service centre.
3. OOO Ukrainian Construction Concept (UCC)
Year of foundation: 2005
Type of activity: construction
Completed projects: a variety of residential and commercial real estate, including hotels, shopping centres, offices, etc.
4. OOO City Estate Development (CED)
Year of foundation: 2007
Type of activity: development
Project under development: construction of the Shopping Mall London
Completed project milestones:
- documents for the land allotment of 21,000 m2;
- market analysis;
- concept;
- design;
- negotiations with potential lessees;
- preliminary agreement with the anchor (hypermarket).
5. OOO City Capital Development (CCD)

Type of activity: development
Project under development: Multiuse Complex Levada. It includes the pilot in Ukraine indoor ski slope, aquapark, shopping mall, DIY (do-it-yourself).
